So, I wrote my first book.

To say that this is something that has been delayed for far too long for me, is an understatement of grand proportions. I had set this particular goal a long time ago; from my days in primary school when I would write short stories in my pocket-sized Hercules journal but it never got as far as the publication stage. A lot of things I wrote over the years have been lost one way or the other. The most recent, being my collection lost in the great college dorm fire of 2014 (if you know, you know). It certainly feels pretty good to be here now.

However, if I were to be completely honest, I would say its not the fact that a book has been written that fascinates me the most. It is the very concept of creation itself. Let me explain.

One of the things about life or perhaps what I find most fascinating about people especially in relation to writing is the fact there are endless possibilities. The fact that you could create a whole new world, a vast number of worlds, a whole new universe where you’re basically god, making things happen as you see fit. Creating symphonies of various events, weaving the tapestry of countless lives; beginning, middle, and end, gives one that amazing rush that can only be found in few activities. This does not only go for writing. The same can be said for other art forms; painting, music, drawing, and many more. Our innate ability to create something that has never existed before in any form is truly a gift from above.

Okay, now, back to the book. “TEMPORUM; Moments In Time”, is a book that tells a story; not a long one but one that seeks to enlighten the reader on the subject of choice, free will and our responsibility in terms of how our lives are affected by every single choice we make and how it fits into the grand scheme of things. That’s as much as i think i should share here.

I would also like to seize this opportunity to thank everyone who helped me with this project. My awesome family, friends who offered to helped at several stages, those who served as my beta readers.

TEMPORUM is out now on Amazon in kindle and paperback formats. Be sure to get a copy, grab one for a friend and a friend’s friend. I may be a little biased here but I’m sure you won’t regret it. Don’t forget to leave a review. I’d love to read your thoughts on the book and its subject matter.
